Category Definitions
- Specialist Medical Practitioner – includes specialist medical practitioner who has completed training in any medical speciality and holds a fellowship in that speciality
- Non Medical Practitioner – this course is open to anyone who is not a medical practitioner but does require proof on non-physician status.
- Trainee Medical Practitioner – includes medical students and all medical practitioners that have not as yet completed their specialist medical training; or are undertaking specific post specialist training in ultrasound or echocardiography prior to commencing specialist medical practice.
